Wisconsin Association for Home and Community Education, Inc, (WAHCE) is a nonprofit educational organization comprised of local clubs within St. Croix County. The organization is unique in that the members extend the information they receive from University faculty and other reliable sources to the membership and community.
Membership is open to all persons without regard to race, color, sex, ethnic background, gender, or economic circumstances. The organization does not operate on a segregated basis. St. Croix County Association for Home and Community Education is an educational, charitable organization
Program planning and leadership training are provided by a collaborative effort of WAHCE, Inc. and the UW Madison Division of Extension educators. Extension faculty serve as advisers to the county HCE Association. Programs exist at both the state and the county level to bring quality educational programming to our members and our communities.

2026 St. Croix County HCE Scholarship
The St. Croix County Association for HCE (Home and Community Education) will award 1 (one) $750.00 scholarship to a high school senior who is a child or grandchild of an HCE member of St. Croix County or an adult HCE member returning to school. This scholarship will be based on HCE affiliation and activity, and applicant’s need, scholarship, and leadership. This scholarship is to be used to study in any college or university.
