The award book forms are listed below.  Please read the program submission information carefully.  Some of it has changed for 2026 — especially the Education Program Award.

We hope your county will share your projects and submit a book to be judged. One entry per category.

• CLUB COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD: To recognize individual clubs for volunteering and providing services that benefit or involve their local community.  To provide awareness and understanding of HCE by participating in volunteer services to their local community.
• EDUCATION PROGRAM AWARD: NEW IN 2026 — The purpose of the Education Program Award is changed.  We realize careful thought and planning goes into the organization and completion of the education programs held in the individual counties.  The purpose of the Education Program Award is to recognize the counties for the educational programs they selected, arranged for and implemented. 
• SERVICES OF LOVE: To encourage counties to be involved in volunteering and providing services to agencies and/or organizations that serve their local communities. This service should benefit or involve the local community and provide awareness and understanding of HCE.
• STITCHES OF LOVE: To encourage counties to partner with other organizations by providing items made by machine or hand sewing, knitting. crocheting quilting, weaving, other needlework, etc. This project may benefit or involve local or state communities.

Three awards of $100 each will be given for each of the categories.
