February – Brain Teasers – One way to support brain health is to have fun! Because if it’s fun, we’re more likely to do it. This mailed lesson will provide ideas on how to engage your brain in some entertaining ways.
March – Advance Directives – what they are, why they are important, who needs them, when should they be done, where should they be kept, and how do I get this done?
April – Health Matters with April -Do you want to feel inspired and uplifted? Then this is the lesson for you! A few topics will include positive thinking, mindfulness, and gratitude. Learn how to stop negative thinking and how to reframe it.
September – What is the Big Deal about Microgreens? Learn more about these little greens –how to grow them, where to buy them, the benefits of eating them and how to use them in your meals.
October – Craft – Watch for details regarding this lesson to come later in the year…
